Lucia Crespo SLP, Reg CASLPO
Lucia is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
Lucia has been working in the field of Speech Therapy for 10 years. She worked for many years as a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Now as an SLP, she continues to support children with complex medical and communication needs, Autism, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), articulation, and language challenges. She also has a passion for working with adults with voice concerns and other cognitive and language challenges.
Lucia strongly believes in collaboration with parents and educators to support their children. She often offers workshops on complex communication challenges, AAC, and early language communication whenever possible. Lucia also contributes to the profession at McMaster University as an Assistant Clinical Professor for Rehabilitation Sciences and often hosts SLP students to help them on their academic journey.

Natalie May SLP, Reg CASLPO
Natalie is a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys supporting individuals of all ages and abilities with their communication, literacy, and language skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Behaviour, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Windsor.
Natalie has experience working both with pediatric and adult populations, through her time working at the school board, running literacy groups at the Down Syndrome Association of Hamilton, and internships at adult rehabilitation centres. Natalie’s experiences have built her knowledge in working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, literacy skill development for clients with autism spectrum disorder and Down Syndrome, and on functional communication skills for adults with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) to name a few. She tailors therapy sessions to meet clients’ unique needs and interests to ensure they remain (fun)ctional!

Karen is a dedicated Communicative Disorders Assistant who has worked in hospitals, school board environments, and private practice. She has 23 years experience supporting children and adults with improving their communication skills. She implements individualized therapy plans that target articulation, language skills, social communication, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and functional communication. Karen is passionate about creating engaging, hands-on activities, visual supports and interactive materials that make sessions both fun and functional to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Joanne Peters, B.Sc.(CD), CDA is a dedicated Communicative Disorders Assistant who is passionate about helping children enhance their communication, to enrich their lives. She has worked in schools for 20+ years and also has the pleasure of working in private practice with Incredible Speech’s Speech-Language Pathologists and team. Joanne provides support to children with articulation, language and Augmentative Alternative Communication needs. She has an Early Childhood Education background and passion for working with and advocating for clients on the autism spectrum. Leah holds a B.A. in Social Work (Hons.) from Redeemer University, and a graduate certificate from the Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) program at Conestoga College.
